Low Life and Sit Tight Records unleash the debut LP from one of the UK's freshest MCs to surface this year. As part of the extended Terra Firma crew alongside Klashnekoff and Kyza you know what to expect: Boombap style, straight-up solid hip hop for the heads.
"The Working Class Dad" contains 12 tracks of pure uncut hip hop featuring guest vocals from Wordsmith, Kyza, and Jehst amongst others. Offering deep heart-filled lyrics about the challenges of life this is music with heart, as always from the Low Life camp.
Production is handled by heavy weights LG (LG & Lopez), Beatbutcher (a new guy working on a solo project for Low Life), Apa-Tight (who has produced for Asaviour and Jehst), and Biscuit who brings the live flute.
"So What" is currently doing the rounds in the UK as the first single, with video; Hip Hop Connection made it single number 1 in their "Homestyles" chart.
