Nach fast zwanzig Jahren hardrockloser Sangeszeit kehrt die ´Stimme von Vandenberg´ zurück! Vandenberg, angeführt von Gitarrenvirtuose Adrian Vandenberg, nahmen ihr Debüt-Album 1982 in den legendären Studios von Jimmy Plant (Led Zeppelin) auf.

Aus diesem Album wurde der Klassiker `Burning Heart` ausgekoppelt und stürmte im Handumdrehen die weltweiten Charts. In Amerika supporteten sie ´Ozzy Osbourne´ und ´Kiss´, in UK die ´Michael Schenker Group´. Das Folgealbum ´Heading for a Storm´ mit der Singleauskopplung ´Different Worlds´ schlug ebenfalls ein wie eine Bombe und bescherte der Band ausverkaufte Hallen in Japan. Das 1985 aufgenommene Opus ´Alibi´ stellt das Ende der Trilogie dar, und bis heute zählen Vandenberg zu den Global Players im Melodic Rock-Segment.

Hier und jetzt präsentiert uns der charismatische Sänger auf seinem neuesten Output namens:...BETTER YET, ein Dutzend Songs voller Emotion und pulsierender Kraft. Die einzelnen Songs entstanden unter der Mithilfe sehr bekannter internationaler Autoren: Harry Hess (Harem Scarem), Bob Daisley (ex-Ozzy Osbourne, ex-Gary Moore), Russ Ballard (Kiss, Rainbow), Jeff Silbar (Bette Midler, John Cougar), John Young (Bonnie Tyler, Paul Rodgers), Tony Martin (ex-Black Sabbath), Carlton/Engel (Robert Palmer, Bruce Springsteen, New Legend), Lausmann/Voss (Voices Of Rock).

Zusammen mit Top Producer Michael Voss (Mad Max,MSG) rockt und rollt das Werk und zeigt definitiv, dass der gute alte Melodic Rock immer noch lebt.

After nearly 20 years of not singing Melodic Rock music, the ´Voice of Vandenberg´ is back with a Bang! Vandenberg, featuring the guitar hero of the same name, recorded it’s debut album in april 1982 in the studio of former Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page.

At it’s release in October the band is touted as the next big thing in Hard Rock. Vandenberg even scores a hit in the US with the song ´Burning Heart´. ´Burning Heart´ also shot to the top of the Dutch charts. The band toured the US supporting Ozzy Osbourne and the UK supporting the Michael Schenker Group. December sees the release of Vandenberg's second album ´Heading For A Storm´ . The band toured the US supporting Kiss and also rocked in Japan.

Under the supervision of Jaap Eggermont the band recorded its third album in 1985: ´Alibi´. Because Phil Carson left Atlantic Records the album did not get enough support of the record company. In 2009 the legendary Dutch vocalist supreme offers a fresh breeze of rock music on his brandnew album entitled:... BETTER YET!

The songs have all been written by reknown top-players at the head of their game: Harry Hess (Harem Scarem), Bob Daisley (ex-Ozzy Osbourne, ex-Gary Moore), Russ Ballard (Kiss, Rainbow), Jeff Silbar (Bette Midler, John Cougar), John Young (Bonnie Tyler, Paul Rodgers), Tony Martin (ex-Black Sabbath), Carlton/Engel (Robert Palmer, Bruce Springsteen, New Legend), Lausmann/Voss (Voices Of Rock).
Teaming up with German top notch Producer Michael Voss (Mad Max, MSG), the album weeps and rocks you through the bone.Catchy hooklines and the passionate vocals of Bert draw you under his spell.
