Bucktown, NY- The Boot Camp Clik has a rich history in hip hop. The talented members making up this mighty army of Bucktown's (aka Brooklyn's) finest MCs include: Black Moon MCs Buckshot and Smif'N'Wessun, Sean Price and Rock of Heltah Skeltah, and Originoo Gun Clappaz Starang Wondah, Top Dog and Louieville Sluggah. They have all come together again to bring you their new album "The Last Stand".
Collectively, these groups have scanned over 2.500.000 units over a remarkable 11 year career, which began in 1993 with Black Moon's critically acclaimed hip hop classic "Enta Da Stage" and was followed by other classic albums, such as Smif'N'Wessun's "Da Shinin", Heltah Skeltah's "Nocturnal" and O.G.C's "Da Storm", to name a few.

Coming off the independent success Boot Camp experienced in 2005 with their "Triple Threat" album campaign (Sean Price's "Monkey Bars", 9th Wonder & Buckshot's "Chemistry" and Smif'N'Wessun's "Reloaded"), Boot Camp Clik is releasing "The Last Stand", which, with the return of Heltah Skeltah's Rock (who has been absent from the collective's last LP "The Chosen Few") features the return of 'the great eight' fully intact. With Da Beatminerz behind the boards as usual, the set also features outside production from some of the game's most consistent producers. The stellar producer line-up featuring 9th Wonder, Pete Rock, Large Professor, Ill Mind and Marco Polo among others, is a testament to BCC's relevance in the hip hop landscape.

BCC have always been your artist's favorite artist. Their collaborations and guest appearances within the hip hop and R&B industry are often overlooked or not realized. They have been featured on Tupac's "Better Days" album on the song "Military Minded" (from a common project they were working on, titled "One Nation"; much more is still unreleased); "What's Poppin", a collaboration they recorded with 50 Cent, has floated around the underground scene on a white label, and over their careers members of the BCC have recorded with Aaliyah (Buckshot and Steele also have a cameo in the current "I Miss You" video), Mary J. Blige, Q-Tip, Busta Rhymes, Method Man, Dogg Pound and KRS-One among many others.
